    Guests step from the city into matte-black marble, soft leather seating and candlelit bronze details. Our team greets you in the foyer and confirms your dinner or poker night reservation.

    Note in your enquiry if you prefer a quieter corner or direct access to the Card Lounge after dinner.

  2. Cocktails & introductions

    Signature Australian cocktails and low-ABV spritzes set the pace while your host introduces the evening’s plan – from shared plates to the structure of the offline poker session.

    Tell us if your group includes first-time poker guests; our team will schedule a brief table guide before cards are in the air.

  3. Dinner service

    Modern Australian dishes arrive in waves: charcoal-grilled seafood, seasonal vegetables, premium cuts designed for sharing and desserts that pair effortlessly with the slow rhythm of a long evening.

    Mention your preferred dinner length in your reservation request so we can time the later poker tables to suit.

  4. Transition to the Poker Salon

    After dinner, guests move behind velvet drapery into the dedicated Poker Salon – a forest-green felt card room with hosted tables, chips stacked and playing cards cut and ready.

    When you enquire, let us know if you prefer an open social poker night or a fully private card lounge configuration.

  5. Hosted Texas Hold’em tables

    Our team sets the tone for respectful, face-to-face poker. A host outlines Texas Hold’em structure, table etiquette and pacing for the evening, then guides or observes as your group plays.

    For private poker tournaments, mention your preferred duration and number of breaks in your enquiry.

  6. Late-night conversation

    As the final hands are played, the Card Lounge softens back into a salon – nightcaps, shared stories of the best hands, and quiet reflection on the evening’s dining and poker traditions.
